WHY USE TROPICAL POOLS?
Tropical Pools strives to offer you everything you expect from a pool company and more. We continue to attend training on everything from chemical application and usage to the latest computer automation. All of our vehicles have GPS tracking and our technicians have cell phones so that we always know when where they are and how long they were at your location. Our employees also where uniform shirts and our vehicles have company names on them.

ESTIMATES:
If you do not know what the problem is we will send a technician out to diagnose the problem for you. There is no charge for our weekly customers to present them a bid to make necessary repairs. For non-service customers we charge a trip charge of $45-$95 depending on the location. If we perform the repair diagnosed the trip charge will be credited to the repair.
We can mail, fax, email, or call with an estimate and work will be performed once you give authorization

TECHNICIANS:
Our pool repair technicians are employees and not subcontractors. (Occasionally we will partner with a sub with your advanced knowledge to be able to offer you the quickest response available on some jobs, but only with your permission.) Our technicians are continually trained by factory representatives in order to keep up to date on the latest equipment and provide the highest quality of service to you.

SERVICE AREAS:  
We service the following areas for weekly maintenance:  

North Shore:
___________Mandeville, Covington, Madisonville, Big Branch, Lacombe, Slidell, Pearl River
South Shore:
___________Metairie, Kenner, River Ridge, Harahan, Jefferson, New Orleans and parts of the west bank.

For equipment repairs, this area expands out farther. Call us to see if we service your area.

SUPPORT:
At Tropical Pools we strive to have all calls answered by a person and not a machine. Either a service technician will answer or an office person will take your information and forward it to a service technician to return your call asap; usually within 5-10 minutes.  

 
INSURANCE:
Tropical Pool Service and Renovations, Inc. carries commercial auto, general liability, workers compensation, and pop up or floatation insurance.

WARRANTY:

We stand behind our work. All parts or covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and if we sold you the parts and installed them we will also warranty our labor for 90 days. This does not cover consumable parts like cleaner bags, baskets, or pump seals. It does not cover failure cause by neglect.
